IBMs Pervasive computing group has created a GUI-based toolkit that allows the development and execution of multimodal applications [1] written using the W3C Acknowledged Submission called XHTML+Voice (X+V). This technology enables you to speak, write, and type, as well as hear and see using a natural user interface for embedded devices.
