Genuitec, LLC, a founding member of the Eclipse Foundation, today announced that users of its popular, free Pulse product will now be able to utilize a profile tailored for ColdFusion developers. A common problem for ColdFusion developers trying to work in Eclipse is the unfamiliar tasks of setting up and managing Eclipse environments - something Pulse aims to ease. The profile includes CFEclipse and other tools commonly utilized by ColdFusion developers."When I first read about Pulse, I knew it would greatly simplify the often difficult task of setting up and managing Eclipse, especially for teams of developers and people who may use Eclipse both at work and at home," said Jim Priest, respected ColdFusion developer and author of the popular "TheCrumb" blog. "A ColdFusion developer as well, I wanted to see what I could do to get ColdFusion support included in Pulse. Just days after requesting a ColdFusion-centric profile, the Pulse team provided one.
