Analyst4j provides automated software metrics, and a search feature to query Java objects based on metrics.
For e.g. To find all poorly documented but important code(methods), form a query such that [Cyclomatic Complexity >40 and Percentage of Comments<10%].
Save, edit search queries, Tag the matches as task list "Tasks View".
Reuse queries for quality analysis.
