I have used CVS and Subversion, but you cannot beat Perforce for its overall usefulness both in command line and GUI support. It is commercial software but well worth the cost.
The Eclipse plugin is not commercial in itself, but you will need to have a licensed Perforce server running in order for it to be at all useful. I have used this plugin for a couple years now and consider it indispensable. It has very nice integration into the other features of Eclipse; however, there are a few little sticky points that I wish I could contribute a fix for, but when last I checked the plugin is closed-source. It's still a great product though.
