I don't know about Eclipse, but the plug-in is seriously broken for IBM RAD 7.0 (Eclipse 3.2.2 equivalent). It's hard to believe that Adobe claims that it works with RAD 7.0 because this stuff doesn't even work out of the box.

Adobe discounts these licenses heavily if your company is considering using Flex technology. They will practically give it away at this point because they're really trying to win the battle on Rich GUI web apps.
