Downloaded each available version. No matter which version I tried, the plugin did not appear anywhere within Eclipse. The files are properly placed in the plugins directory. With scanty documentation, I am forced to give this plugin the lowest possible rating.

Excellent plugin... Works like a charm. I have bookmarked this and will use it again. I wish Apache.org also provided something similar for Tomcat.
