Our team has been using this plug-in for a long time. I can explore the table, check primary key constraints, and look at the SQL for a view. I can export the result set into an excel sheet. This is very stable and very useful, and extremely light weight. Good job. The only regret is that SQL editor is not very intuitive. For starter, Undo (Ctrl+Z) doesn't work.

THis plugin came as part of easyeclipse. when i do "new bookmark", the jdbc driver list is empty. so this doesnt work for me.

perfect for Linux users that don't have a nice MSSqlServer and Oracle client to use. For the other databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL it isn't better then a phpAdmin or a phpMyAdmin but worth a look because of the integration with Eclipse, a role-in-one plataform.

I have compared most of the database plugins for Eclipse and I found this one the best. Two things I'm missing:
1) option to build CREATE statement for any exiting table
2) fix for "Cannot convert value '0000-00-00 00:00:00' ... to TIMESTAMP"

The ability to execute the selected text only is the first that I have seen for a free db plugin. Very nice!
