you MUST have VSS installed in your PC to use this pluging.
But it's not necessary to have VSS client installed to use it.

Feature wise its a good plugin. But using it with eclipse 3.2, It was too slow for me. For average size java program it takes 10-15 seconds for each file. For full project it takes 2-3 hours to refresh. Very frustating.

Excellent plugin! This little plugin just does the trick!
Enjoyed especially the team-refresh where sync is performed without overwriting checked-out or local resources.
