TREND/Analyst is an innovative requirements engineering tool which combines UML-Modelling and textual specifications seamless in one tool directly under Eclipse.
All documents are stored as XML and put under version control.
The innovative RE-approach behind TREND/Analyst is called modell driven requirements engineering (MDRE). It is ideal for the development of business applications and works in any kind of SW-development process modells (e.g. RUP, Agile, Waterfall etc.)
TREND/Analyst is available as a free Community Edition for non-commercial and even commercial projects. Additionally there is a fully customizable Enterprise Edition available.
