Add new methods to class, hit refresh in the model and the class in the model are updated with that method. A link icon in the class indicates that it is linked to source (at least that's what I assume it's for). It seems that if you create a class in the model, there does not appear to be a way to generate code from it.
Given that the number of diagrams is limited, it would be nice if at least the class diagram has the correct notation. 'Extends' relationships are not dotted lines with an arrow, they are solid with a outlined triangle / arrowhead at one end.

Tried some others, but this works just nicely.
... only tried class diagrams so far must admit.
But simple, nice, efficient
Layout conventions and graphical sometime a bit strange...
but all & all a good tool for my purpose
