2. i.e. and e.g. do NOT indicate the end of a sentence. The spell checked should not expect the next word to be capitalized.
3. The new spell checking features built in to Eclipse are better. The only thing Eclipse is missing is the nice green "tick" to spell check a document - Eclipse makes you go to each file in turn and manually scroll through it looking for the red "squigglies". Actually, this plug-in also doesn't seem to let you check your whole project / part of the tree in one go.

No end result could be acheived.
I get the following error message while opening the eSpell view.
Unable to create view: Plug-in com.bdaum.SpellChecker3 was unable to load class com.bdaum.SpellChecker3.views.SpellCorrectionView.
Thanks so much for passing on your comments and raise the trust on the open source products

Debug instructions were not provided.

Note that I also experience the "blinking" eclipse if I am currently spell checking a document, and I decide to do something else (like rename a parameter) before stopping the spell checker.
I'd also comment that it would actually be much more useful if you could right-click on a package (or file) in the package explorer and get it to spell-check the item selected.

| | User: Anonymous | Rating: 3 | 2005-04-25 18:55:00 | | | I tried it and then uninstalled it. It seemed to "work", but caused Eclipse to hang the first time I tried it and then when I got it to check spelling it left menus on the screen after I had selected from them. I wish it worked.

I also wish for better keyboard suport so that I do not have to use the mouse to spell words.
