Complete Garbage... brings any windows box to its knees by demanding 2-3 gigs of memory. Causes server errors that are almost untrackable... you have to actually go in to the server(Weblogic) files and micromanage/delete files. Would take 30-40 minutes to compile. Every upgrade brings a new wave of errors that never get fixed. 8 is much more stable than 10.2... but that's not saying much. I wouldnn't use this product if it was FREE... let alone pay for it.

BEA Workshop Studio is by far the best IDE I have ever used. From Struts, to FLEX to JSF, it's all here! Thanks BEA / Oracle!

Very extensive support for J2EE and SOA. The Beehive technology using controls is excellent, but not well understood by many people. Soon to be an Oracle offering!
