Yoxos On Demand is a FREE software service that gives developers the ability to easily create custom Eclipse configurations from a Web browser and conveniently download them in a single zip-file. Developers can choose from the full selection of Eclipse projects and plugins as well as a broad selection of 3rd-party plugins. Installed plugins can be conveniently kept up-to-date from within Eclipse at any time later using the integrated Yoxos plugin and the free Yoxos Update service.
With Yoxos On Demand you can

Unfortunately I tried this service many times with my Debian4 on
ondemand.yoxos.com/ondemandservice/W4TDelegate
but ALL the Eclipse Europa downloads won't work on my machine, whatever the download size is 60 MB or 600 MB, although the pure Eclipse Europa download from eclipse.org worked with me. May be the dependency trees of the plugins are not calculated well.
That's beside the sentence: "it's possible to install a huge set but it's not recommended" but really it's NOT possible at all and the sentence : "you can extend your installation later at anytime" that's partially true in one case if you have a NON-FREE account with them which is NOT mentioned frankly in the warning splash screen of the too large selection
