It seems that this plugin has done the first 20% of the job but that the other 80% to make it usable has never been done. It is a waste of time for me to use this tool today.

It uses some kind of annotations in the comments to keep models in synch. Exporting images just don't do anything. Don't waste your time if you need something useful.... which is sad, because it would be a perfect FREE UML tool with some interesting licensing/support options (like paid bug support for free version), functionality and also affordable.

The class editor seems to work though. However, some changes, when done in the source (not the diagram) will confuse the plugin so much that CPU usage goes up to 100% for a long time (I eventually closed eclipse and killed the remaining task). In my case this happened when changing an interface to a class.

The distribution is missing org.eclipse.pde.* Unfortunately, this is no longer available via its eclipse plugin link. I have used this product before and it is a good UML tool which allows reverse engineering: a feature that is critical for me.
