XPathDeveloper is an XPath test tool.
It gives you a view in which you can enter XPath-Expressions. The view can be linked to an editor containing XML-input against which the XPath-Expression is evaluated on-the-fly.
XPathDeveloper offers fully customizable TAB-completion for XPath-expressions and automatically handles namespace-contexts.
XPathDeveloper is based on the Xalan implementation.
