Keytool is an Eclipse plugin that maintains keystores and certificates.

Keyfeatures

  • Export/Import certificate with or without the private key.

  • Open existing certificate. Default with the extension .cer.
  • View list of certificates in a keystore.

It allows you to create certificates and put them in a keystore.
You can from Eclipse, open and inspect certificates that are stored as .cer, or in a given keystore.

Tired of remembering the large list of command-line parameters of SUN's KeyTool app? Then get yourself keytool and you will be able performing most operations on keystores using a nice and well designed GUI.

This is a outstanding fine tool, this is just what i was looking after - thanks to the free world of USA and PF. OK - Its great, about time somebody did that dame tool. -JB
