EMFScript is a scripting layer that supports the manipulation of EMF models with the Javascript language. This layer is entirely founded upon the reflective capacities of EMF. It allows to manipulate EMF models of any kind and of any level (metamodel, metametamodel). Models and their elements are exposed as Javascript objects and manipulations can be done with simple Javascript expression used in an interactive or batch mode via an Eclipse console view.
