MKS has utilized the many advanced capabilities provided through the "Team API" in the second generation of our Source Integrity / Eclipse integration. This integration has been available since January 2003, and on April 9th, 2003 MKS received "Ready for WebSphere" validation.
The plug-in's version control commands can be accessed via menu or right mouse click. The integration features file status indicators and <file version status>. Both are dynamically updated. This real time information allows developers to make informed decisions, ultimately reducing the amount of source code merging required. This translates into improved software quality and increased developer productivity.
