Easy to use and quite complete. I like it! It's also useful in stand-alone mode.

I like this editor but currently I can use it only as stand-alone application because a problem with cursor inside the edit popups when used inside Eclipse. For this reason, my rating is quite low. The Eclipse's version I'm using is 3.4.x and Violet 0.20 is tested for the versions from 3.0 to 3.3. I hope Violet's version for more recent Eclipse will be developed.

Simple, lightweight, easy to use editor. Like it just the way it is. In terms of functionality improvements, support data modelling conventions within Class diagram, swimlanes/2-dimension lane support for activity diagrams. Just a few more to comply with UML 2. That said, I still love it for it has offer now! Great work and congratulations!!! :D

Very easy to use but it's unusable inside Eclipse for problems with cursor inside popups for edit labels of objects.

Pros: Its free! easy to use, reasonably quick & creates simple diagrams which would take much longer in other commercial software Cons: A bit buggy (naming an object) & you have to select the item and right click on the page to make it appear. Dragging and dropping doesnt seem to work. Apart from that its near-perfect!

Good tool, but it's seem to bug in my Eclipse (have to write all text "invert"). Anyway, the applet works fine.
