The free UML tool UMLet lets you draw UML diagrams with a light-weight, pop-up-free user interface. It lets you draw diagram sketches fast; export diagrams to eps, pdf, jpg, svg, and system clipboard; share diagrams using Eclipse 3; and create your own custom graphical elements.

It is very poorly integrated into the GUI of eclipse, but easy to use. The handling of the mouse events is very poor. So you can very quickly produce charts.

Very easy to use and learn, can transform the diagrams into EPS figures. But there are still some bugs.

Exactly what I wanted. The tool is dead simple and produces diagrams exactly as you want them without interfering or getting in the way at all. Brilliant!

Really sharp! You express diagrams via a text syntax, and get the graphic result plus a model. This is the way software programmers would like to work !
