VNClipse offers a vnc implementation for eclipse. You can manage your remote servers within the eclipse platform. It is implemented on a whole new RFB stack. The current version is 1.3.1 and still beta.
Currently it is only tested under eclipse 3.1.0 and the windows operating system (win32)
