Web Service Console provides a view (OKC/SOAP Raw Message View) for sending soap request in its raw XML format. The result is also shown as raw XML. WSDL files can be imported and requests can be generated from the WSDL file. Multiple Requests can be managed using tabs. All Requests and Resonses can be saved and are restored the next time the view is opened. Added on: 14-Oct-2004

Not sure why they decided to do this but the Web Service URL and other fields you enter are password-type form fields where you cannot see what you've entered - it all shows up as dots. Frustrating!
