This plugin allow recompile just one file using external compiler.
Maybe usefull if you use ant script to compile you project which takes long time to run and you want update just one file and quickly recompile/hotswap it.
After installation, set properties in Prefernce->QuickComple Preference : javac path, output path, classpath, use hotswap, and then just right click in select \"Compile Current File\" would recompile file using above setting and hotswap it using current debug session.

I can't install it on Eclipse 3.2 on windows.
