With Creole you can explore your Java code visually allowing you to see its structure and the links (calls, accesses, etc) between its different pieces. Creole adds its own perspective to the eclipse platform, and a number of new views.
Creole is an extension of the Shrimp project at the University of Victoria.

But the plugin is extremely unstable on my Eclipse 3.1/SunJ1.5/Linux2.6.18 and crashes Eclipse regularly. It also shows many other grave bugs: it sometimes fails to hide the status window after finishing, clicking on the drawing canvas will sometimes not select elements anymore until one presses "refresh" (thus loosing all modifications), other buttons regularly cease to work as well, and Eclipse hangs completely when pressing "Cancel" during some operations. Usually, a proper crash will follow soon after such first defects.
Summing up: the features are nice, but the developers should invest more time in providing a stable environment on all of the platforms they claim to support. In its current state, I cannot use Creole for more than 5 minutes without loosing most of my changes in the next crash.
