As far as I can tell, this is currently a scam. I could find no way to actually download the plugin -- it only ended up showing lame pop-ups for screensavers. I'm sure the scammers just boosted their own ratings with fraudulent votes.

To the person whoe worte:
{Seems to me having a full featured editor in a view is contrary to the Eclipse "way"}
this plugin doesn't have a full editor in a view. Just a tree with a attributes table and a textbox "showing" the selected tag xml source. Please use the plugin before reate it.

This plugin is a reasonably good syntax lightlighter and structure browser. If I open a malformed document, however, the viewer fails with a regex parsing exception. It would be MUCH better to revert to a simple text editor in that case.
