WSDL2Ws Tool is a part of Axis C++. It does not provide a user interface to input the user inputs. All should input as commandline inputs.
But in this plug-in, a GUI is provided with all the options. This is an Eclipse platform plug-in which has the extension org.eclipse.ui.popupMenus. Plug-in should be activated when the user right-click on a wsdl file which is loaded into eclipse. (More details for use is in the Readme file).
