I rate it as 8 because it needs some more functionality like retreive log for partular tag or branch between two date.
This could be very usefull to create release notes for me

Very small (at least looks like ;d) but awesome plugin. Very helpful. If you want to see ie. your commits day by day, that's the plugin for you. Great.

Great Plugin - Would give it 9.8 but had to round to 10. It needs some regular expression support and an option to list full path of files. But overall it really provides great oversight of commit history in very little time.

This plugin is awesome! It is simple yet very powerful. It really makes CVS comments useful.
