A Tomcat Eclipse Plugin the A jar to the webapp class loader and not the classpath. Allow JSP Files in dependencies projects.

The jars are added to the webapp classloader and not to the classpath. Add all jars used for the webapp project and the dependencies project. Dependencies project can also contain JSP files (declare it in the properties).
Launching the webapp launch Tomcat if it is not running

JSTL basic problem... Very imature implementation... needs to put jstl basic tags... no wizzard. Sorry.
