New 2.1 release worked great. Installed Pulse and Eclipse Classic in a few minutes on Ubuntu. Downloads seemed fast. Very great!

What's the point. It won't install. After contacting the installation servers it pops up a blank dialog box.
If their installation is that flacky, how can I trust how they will manage and install hundreds of files and dependencies from other packages and plug-ins?

New release is awesome. Expanded catalog is welcome addition. Aptana IDE *is* up to date. I'll care about Ganymede in July, after it ships. Thank you!

- Can't use different Partitions (Installation of plugins fails)
- No Plugins for Ganymede
- Aptana's too old
- not intuitive

feine sache - eine ganze menge sachen haben sich in der version 2 geändert. die eclipse-installationen sind nun gänzlich unabhängig von pulse, weswegen es jetzt auch einwandfrei unter vista läuft. auch ist die liste der neuen plugins enorm erweitert worden - und es macht einfach spaß neue plugins mit pulse zu testen und ggf. wieder runterzuhaun.
damn - pulse is a must! :-)

The new release has lots of changes. I was happy to see that the catalog is now pulled from EPIC and the installation flow seems much cleaner.

Terrible. Not particularly easy to use, very few plugins available on their system and to top it all, if their servers are not contactable for updates, it won't even let you launch Eclipse full stop.
