Great plugin! Would it be possible to add an option to show/hide the toolbar? (Like the option to show/hide the menu bar, in preferences)

Downloaded the new version 1.0.5 from the developer's site: working fine - binded mine CTRL+TAB.

The shortcut ctrl+shift+l doesn't work. Not useful without shortcut key.
