Xtream Planner is an agile project management tool developed as a multiplatform Eclipse RCP (Rich Client Application).
This means with it you can define and manage projects and programs, plan releases and iterations, create work items and tasks, and assign them to customers, trackers and developers. Moreover, you can inspect the progress of your projects, in any granularity you want, from the overall project itself to each one of its tasks.
Filtered reports are easily done and you can export them in many formats (e.g. PDF, MS-Excel, XML, etc). Several charts (e.g. burn-down and burn-up) complete the tool box to help any manager controlling and directing projects in the right way.
All of this in a very fast and flexible multiplatform graphical interface thanks to Eclipse RCP framework. This means you can adjust the views on the screen the way you want, and if you change some project info (let's say a task was completed) you will automatically see the impact of the change in many other views and charts, without needing "to refresh" them.
And if Internet goes off or you are traveling, don't worry: Xtream Planner operates in offline mode, in same way as MS-Project does.
But, as a picture says more than 1,000 words, check the screenshots page. If you want to make a trial, download Xtream Planner.
