The StarTeam� Embedded Client for Eclipse is much more than just a version control plug-in. Project teams can benefit from a customizable solution offering requirement, task and change management, defect tracking and threaded discussions directly from within Eclipse 2.1 and IBM WebSphere� Studio Application Developer for Linux and Windows, V5.1. Developers need never leave the IDE and in most cases will never need to install any additional StarTeam client software (access to a StarTeam Server is required).
