2) The editor doesn't let you edit XSD files in the text tab, only through the pretty (but cumbersome) tree view.
3) Installing this (choosing all the default options), I found that it'd destroyed my AccuRev Eclipse plugin (not sure which of the two was to blame, but I don't care - the other two issues are bad enough on their own).
I didn't try editing ordinary XML files (XSD files are just XML files anyway), so it's possible the plugin singles out these files for special levels of buggy behavior and normal XML files might escape unscathed.
However, overall, it broke and interfered with more existing functionality (that I needed) than it actually enhanced, and left me with a lengthy restoration job to get me back to where I started. If there was a negative rating, this would deserve it - 1/10 seems over-generous.
