Good tool, edit my document continously against XSD and I focus on my business.

Poor editing - can't edit in text mode. Poor control - can't change the colors. I've uninstalled it...

Speaking only of the XML component (since I don't know enough to comment on the other aspects of the plugin) I have to say this is a long-awaited breath of fresh air. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you give this one a try.

1) The editor can't cope with XSD files that have got errors - it just crashes and refuses to let you load the file, so you can't fix the error. 2) The editor doesn't let you edit XSD files in the text tab, only through the pretty (but cumbersome) tree view. 3) Installing this (choosing all the default options), I found that it'd destroyed my AccuRev Eclipse plugin (not sure which of the two was to blame, but I don't care - the other two issues are bad enough on their own). I didn't try editing ordinary XML files (XSD files are just XML files anyway), so it's possible the plugin singles out these files for special levels of buggy behavior and normal XML files might escape unscathed. However, overall, it broke and interfered with more existing functionality (that I needed) than it actually enhanced, and left me with a lengthy restoration job to get me back to where I started. If there was a negative rating, this would deserve it - 1/10 seems over-generous.

I had no problems installing, and it works great.

I have installed the latest version with Eclipse 3.2.2 and it does the work with my .xml files. I stopped at section #2 "Editing an XML file" in the documentation though. :o)
