BEA WebLogic Server Tools is a set of plugins for the Eclipse IDE designed to help develop, deploy and debug applications for BEA WebLogic Server.

Pretty lame. Deployment is terrible... it first tries to start previous deployment before being able to refresh the application. After a few deployments weblogic goes out of memory. MyEclipse is much better. Its really sad to see how years go by and this kind of plugins remain lame.
