Downloaded this plugin today;
v 0.6.34
running with Eclipse 3.4.1 ganymede - a fairly vanilla install.
Have ActiveState Perl v5.8.9
running under Windows Server 2008.
Used ActiveState's windows ppm gui to install PadWalker 1.7
Install took roughly 1 hour.
First project up and debugging ( a legacy perl project with many modules which requires some new functions) within 1/2 hour. Can now trace through source code of an extensive library, look at variables (a bit resticted compared to Java, but hey this is Perl), look up definitions of perl tokens and bring up perldoc for perl modules which have it. Be nice to be able to do callers etc but hey it is perl so I imagine that would not be trivial.
Excellent. A few minor wrinkles. But this is my first day so can only allocate 8/10.

I read many scripts but didn't like to write perl scripts because I did not find a good Perl IDE . After I installed this plugin , I like it very much and found perl programming feelings that I do like in Java .

It's great.
I hope even more features will be added - for example more refactoring operations.
