Post subject: Tomcat doesn't start. No error,nada  PostPosted: Apr 04, 2008 - 06:32 AM

Hi all,

When I click the Start Tomcat button in Eclipse, I get nothing. Nothing happens.
Installed Sysdeo 3.2.1 on Eclipse 3.3.2 and WTP. I have both Tomcat 5.5 and 6.0.

I have set up Sysdeo Tomcat to use JDK 1.6

My project is a Tomcat project with all checkboxes checked (can update etc).
I've set up a custom subdirectory as root path to poin to my WAR directory since I use Appfuse.

I had previously also set up the project as a WTP Tomcat project.
Starting this works fine. But because I can't specify a custom rootpath directory here, I moved to Sysdeo.

It's very weird that clicking the start button leads to nothing. At least you would expect an error.

Any ideas?

Marc
