Hi,
I am using Eclipse 3.3 and I have searched every where for a plugin that would allow me to debug my shell scripts.
Our software deployment model is structured as follows:
At the top level we have root shell script which calls other shell scripts which in turn calls other shell scripts in a tree hierarchy. The leaf scripts in this hierarchy then call on C++ executables.
I need a fully fledged debugging environment (breakpoints, watches etc...) that will allow me to seemlessly debug my shell scripts and C++ executables.
Do such plugins currently exist? If not are they or will they ever be part of the Eclipe roadmap? |
