Which plugins and libraries I must have for installing Hibernate Synchronizer on Eclipse 3.2 Callisto?

I copy folder from zip archive to eclipse/plugins directory but Hibernate Synchronizer is not installed

I thinkg Hibernate Synchronizer doesn't support Eclipse 3.2 what do you think!?
