I am enjoying using AnyEdit, but am having trouble with the following:
I use non-leading tabs (to line up #define definitions, for example) so I have checked the box labeled "Replace all tabs (not just leading) in the AnyEdit preferences. However, I find that my nicely-formatted columns are not preserved after converting tabs to spaces.
It appears that AnyEdit is just replacing each non-leading tab character with four spaces rather than calculating how many spaces are required to maintain the same vertical spacing.
I have tried checking the "use *current* tab width to calulate spaces" option but that does not seem to have any effect.
I am using Eclipse 3.3 (CDT) with the C/C++ text editor and AnyEdit 1.8.2. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
