Post subject: Problem to start swing designer in eclipse

Dear all experts,
I’ve encountered problem to start my swing designer. Even though the designer files is reside under eclipse plugin and features, however, it didn’t showed at the eclipse - window – preference there. I’ve tried to reinstall the swing designer and restart the pc but still can’t do the trick.
Any help would be highly appreciated!
