Hello, I am having trouble with Preferences/Java/Editor/Formater. I am trying to get it to put a blank line before if statements and have code blocks. But I can't figure out how to do this. I like to run the eclipse formater over all the files but make code look nice but it looks uglier now because there are no blanklines before if/switch/while statements and none after code blocks.
How do I setup to format this way?
I am using;
| Quote: | Eclipse SDK
Version: 3.1.1
Build id: M20050929-0840 |
this is what my employer set me up with. If there are any pre-existing code formaters that I can download and import into my editor please let me know.
I apologize if this is the wrong group and if it is can you please direct me to the correct group?
Thanks! |
