Need a javascript formatter.
It was apparently planned by interaktonline for JSEclipse, but now JSEclipse is owned by Adobe.

Based on this, we can assume that Adobe is probably not actively working on this.

The formatter could probably use Rhino. To start with, using Rhino would make developing the plugin easier.

Athough I've never done any Eclipse plugin development, I would be willing to contribute my time on this.

We need this!

Try Spket IDE, it has a powerful JavaScript Formatter: http://www.spket.com/javascript-formatter.html

It can run as a standalone application or as an Eclipse plugin.
