Exception in thread "main" org.hibernate.MappingException: Unknown entity:

I know this is a Hibernate exception, but which part of my build process has gone wrong for me to get this error??

I have definately created a mapping file, which resides in the root directory.

Check the mapping.... new hibernate tools add automatically to "<return alias..." an empty attribute entity-name="" that cause the error.
Remove it.
