Seems like the viPluggin homepage has been unreachable for some time. Is there a mirror available?

I think you need to have an existing license to use the vi plugins from here>>>
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports ... s/eclipse/

if you have a license, then i suggest you start with version 12, then upgrade to the latest version (14) by unzipping that into your eclipse directory.
