Post subject: RE: Breakpoint do not highlight. Debug shows source not foun  PostPosted: May 17, 2006 - 11:02 AM
Guest

I am using debug mode with JBoss. It debugs but says source not found. Moreover, when I was putting break point, the same line did not highlight. Please help me asap.

I could not see options like
Windows -->preferences -->JBoss IDE.. and now automatically source code.

This was solution provided in the past. But please help me.

I had the same problem, but the solution above did not work for me.

The solution for me was to adjust the tomcat source path,
Window -> Preferences ... -> Tomcat -> Source Path

Somehow the "Automatically compute source path" option was broken.
If I choose the source projects manually, it works.

I was getting this problem for a while too, and closing all that stuff didn't work. I eventually just deleted my run config and created a new one and all was well - ie click on the little down arrow next to the play button, go to "Run...", find the "Apache 5.5" thing in the left pane, delete it, and create a new one by right clicking on your project and say "Start on server". Worked for me.

I still have the bloody error message. "source not found"
despite having run the "organise imports" function that have restored the link to the lib file.
And I don't use Tomcat.
Any idea?
