I need help, I have this error
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (JPOX.General).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

Does that error occur when invoking the Plugin Log4E or does it occur when running your own code?
If it is when running your code: looks like you haven't defined a proper log4j.properties. Please see the Log4E FAQ to do to the initial setup for your logger.
