Since I don't see my past ratings, I can't tell whether I've rated any given plugin, and it's impossible to recall this. I will therefore likely end up rating a plugin multiple times.
Would help to see my rating history in My EPiC, as well as on the individual plugin pages. Also, it should be possible to edit one's rating.

Great Idea, i'll add this to my list of requested features. I can't give you a timeline for when it would be implemented tho.
