Current rating is sometimes confusing. For example 1 vote with value 10 will list plugin on top of the list.
I suggest to change rating calculation method or add possibility to make custom queries.
For example, ratings for specific category could be calculated as sum of all votes for plugin divided by number of all votes in category.
