 End Users; you do not have to register with the Eclipse Plugin Central portal to gain access to plugin or support information. However, membership will provide access to a private email box, public and private journal/Blogg, as well as the ability to monitor forum posts and to submitt news and reviews with your own user name

Plugin Developers; please register to submit your plugin. Your registration will allow you to submitt and update plugin information, moderate forum posts for your plugin, and elect to list your plugin in the Eclipse Plugin Central Marketplace.
